  If you are going to book a time slot, either a) keep to the time or b) message ahead to let your customers know. We have the courtesy of arriving on time only to be shoved off to the side to wait 15+ mins. Great customer service. Not.

  If you want to be spoken at rather than to, them ask to speak to the bearded Michael. He loves a good diagnostic shuffle (day want to anything except scroll up and down) accuses you of being there just to get a new phone, then tells you maybe iPhone is not for you. He’s multi-talented as he does all this while he doesn’t listen to any of your issues. The 2 stars are for Andrew. The tech who actually tried to help.

  Year 12 Student has to wait one week for an appointment with "Genius" and then ANOTHER week to assess and then ANOTHER week or more to fix. NO COMPUTER FOR THREE (3) WEEKS! And this is with fully paid "APPLE CARE". They wouldn't even let me leave it with them. Had to come back again in one week. This is the care factor you get with Apple! Beware.

  I was super impressed with the help I got! Booked an appointment online and someone was ready for me when I arrived- even though they were super busy! The guy who helped me was awesome, explained everything clearly and I was able to get my phone completely fixed for a great price! I know not every experience I've had with Apple has been great, but I was super happy with the help they have me! Thanks so much guys! :)
