  Rang and spoke to Monique great customer service drove in and picked up a gift she placed on hold very friendly staff great selection of toys

  Had a ridiculous experience with this shop due to unreasonable return policy that the staff at the returns counter was using it by getting all smart and unfair. I have been a regular customer at thia branch and that's it and I had my last visit.

  I have been shopping there a few times and every time it has been extremely difficult to find a sales person to assist me. There's hardly anyone working there. Today was the last straw. It took me 25 minutes to get served and when I got to the counter I was charged the wrong price because the computer did not pick up the special price. I don't think I'll be shopping there any time soon.
